The Netherlands is filled with festivals! Most of them are held in the summer period, but there are also festivals to visit outside the summer season as well. And a nice fact: a lot of them are for free!!! ;-)
Noorderzon Festival Groningen
Noorderzon Performing Arts Festival Groningen finds place from 22 August – 1 September 2025. This international art festival is a great summer festival in the north of the country. It attracts more than 130.000 visitors each year.
Eurosonic – Noorderslag
From 15 – 18 January 2025, Groningen will again be hosting the Eurosonic Noorderslag Music Festival.
